Guest guest
>>I take my temp. 10 min. after the first one, it can be up or down by as much as 5/10s of a degree (ie. 98.0 to 98.5), sitting sedentary with no movement or food/drink/smokes. It's a hit or miss on whether your temp. will be hi or low.<< This is either a BAD thermometer or BAD adrenal fatigue. The last three days og graphing my temps they have been 6AM 98.2 Noon 98.4 6PM 99 EVERY day. I use a mercury thermometer. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV My Ebay Jewelry Store (Closing after Xmas!!!) http://stores.ebay.com/valeriescrystalcreations http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Guest guest
I was referring to increments of 10 to 15min. not 3hr. increments. I'm using a digital thermometer and have tested it against others and it seems to work okay. --- wrote: > >>I > take my temp. 10 min. after the first one, it can be > up or down by as much as 5/10s of a > degree (ie. 98.0 to 98.5), sitting sedentary with no > movement or food/drink/smokes. Guest guest
Because my numbers between meals were not acting in a normal manner. It seems I have TWO digestion spikes after meals and Ron thought maybe this was due to fluctuations due to my thyroid hormones which we tried to figure it out by throwing my temps into the mixture of data he was collecting. Low temps = low thyroid =slow digestion. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV My Ebay Jewelry Store (Closing after Xmas!!!) http://stores.ebay.com/valeriescrystalcreations http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
Yes it did for me when I switched to HC my temps are the same now with in a tenth of a degree. It's a hit or miss on whether your temp. will be hi or low. According to my chart, my temp. averages do have variability by at least 2/10s, indicating weak adrenal functioning. I was wondering once your adrenals are stable, and you take your temp. 10 min. after the first one, will the temp. spiking stop? I'm not speaking of daily temp. averages. I'm speaking of wide variability of temperatures taken within a 15 min. window or so. --------------------------------- Check out the all-new Yahoo! Guest guest
, I also use a digital thermometer. Mine said to put it under you tongue as far back as possible. If I don't do that I get a must lower reading. I also bought a glass thermometer and it gets the same reading as the digital but takes a whole lot longer and I don't have that much time~ Good luck beebe Re: wide variability of temperatures within a 15min. window I was referring to increments of 10 to 15min. not 3hr. increments. Guest guest
I do put my digital as far back under the tongue as possible without gagging. The glass does take too long. My digital takes only one minute. --- bfsmo wrote: > , > I also use a digital thermometer. Mine said to put > it under you tongue as far back as possible.
