Interesting you should mention CJD. It's been reported in the medical

literature that CJD can masquerade as DLB. Typically one day to distinguish

them is that CJD is very fast progressing: people live less than 2 years after

diagnosis.

I help people around the US accomplish brain donation. One DLB case I helped

with in the mid-west ended up being CJD upon brain autopsy. This was a surprise

to everyone because the gentleman had not declined quickly as with most CJD

cases.

So, if you're going to have brain surgery (not so far fetched because my

tremors are getting to that level), it is wise to be scheduled for the

first surgery of the day...
