Guest guest Posted August 1, 2012 Report Share Posted August 1, 2012 Interesting you should mention CJD. It's been reported in the medical literature that CJD can masquerade as DLB. Typically one day to distinguish them is that CJD is very fast progressing: people live less than 2 years after diagnosis. I help people around the US accomplish brain donation. One DLB case I helped with in the mid-west ended up being CJD upon brain autopsy.
