OH NO - I just order 120 of the PS....yes I take it because my cortisol

levels are high at night....I also take Cal/Mag, well it does help - I guess

I will have to use this and then order the Seriphos

I got some regular PS and it made me sick - what next?

How did it make you sick??? I’ve taken as many as 5 at once in the evening

trying to get my levels down for bedtime, or at least a reasonable

bedtime…….

I'm thinking this reply might have been to me since I said PS made me sick. I

had extremely bad heartburn - ended up sitting up all night. Also some nausea.

That was the only new thing I did that day... but I tried it once more about a

week later - same result.

That's so odd, I wonder what is in that bothers you???? Maybe one of the

filler type things???? As I said I have taken as many as 5 at once..

Now I am experimenting taking 2 at dinner time and 2 closer to bed time. To

see how that works
