Guest guest
You need to find a copy of the book! You SHOULD be having salads on induction, 3 cups a day or 2 cups with 2/3 cup of cooked veggies. Understanding the rules are really important for success! If you want some menus to follow, check these out - your carbs will be right at 20 per day. > 5. Guest guest
yes you can have salad as long as it contains the veggies as listed in DANDR...think lettuce and cucumbers mostly.. you can put full fat dressing on the salad, but watch your carbs and make sure there is _no sugar_. I recommend olive oil and lemon or vinegar (not balsamic which has carbs)...over bottled dressing, or you can make your own. www.lowcarbluxury.com and www.atkinsfriends.com are my favourite places for recipes...the " revolution rolls " on lowcarbluxury.com are easy to make and are becoming a staple in my diet. They are only eggs, sweetener and a little bit of sour cream so they are induction friendly (1g carb a piece) and delicious. Welcome to the group and to the WOL!!
