Guest guest
Well, it is painfully obvious that my former RE had no idea what he was talking about when he said I had " no living endometrium " because I had my ultrasound this morning and the technician measured by endometrium to be 7.3mm!! I just couldn't believe it! I saw her measuring it and asked her what she was measuring and she pointed out to me where the endometrium started and stopped and it did look pretty good on the screen, but I didn't think it was going to be 7.3! I am so happily stunned! And to think I have that measurement while 1/3 of my uterus is still full of scar tissue!? Who knows what it will be after this surgery. The tech. also asked me why I was there and when I told her I had Ashermans I had to explain it of course and she was suprised to hear that. She said my uterine cavity looked " good " to her, a little smaller than " normal " but otherwise good. For the technician not to be able to tell what is wrong with me after performing an ultrasound was also a pleasant suprise saying I seemed to have a " pretty good cavity " to her. I was just walking on air when I left. And very tempted to stop at my former doctor's office and walk announced into his office and thrust a copy of my ultrasound showing a 7.3mm lining in his face and saying " No living endometrium huh?! " Okay, sorry, got carried away with a little revenge fantasy there.... Anyway, all is looking good for surgery on the 26th...now I just have to wait and see what happens! Guest guest
Gwen I would be in seventh heaven too if I were in your place, keep the faith and stay positive. I know that you deserve it. Imagine 7.3mm with no supplements of estrogen !!! WOW.. Wishing you an all open uterus with fluffy and healthy endomitrium after your surgery.
