Hi, and Terry, I have the book. I like to look at multiple sources of information when making any decision. Internet information can be continuously updated, whereas a book can't, which is why I also look to the internet for information. The book has been helpful.

It's quite thorough. Unfortunately, there are huge "gray areas" inour knowledge.
