Guest guest
I am soooo proud of me!! (I am the cookie MOM. The whole troops cookies are here at my house!) That is good. My DD normally sells around three hundred boxes and last year I only had two boxes myself. This year she is in SPURS so I had hoped to skip the cookies but I think my DW really enjoys the process and after all it does support all the things they do since DW likes going to play with the horses also. They have been busy with cheerleading but that, I hope ends soon, though they took a first at America's Best nationals this weekend and had the experiance of performing at the Cowboy-Redskins game after winning the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders Competition Grand Chapionship. Guest guest
, Those were really great ideas! How about donating some to a food pantry? Give those who use the service a little treat! A lot of Scouts sell cookies to help them go to camp (at least that was the way it was for me) maybe someone could just donate something they would need for camping?? Good thinking, ! (who remembers, somewhat fondly, the days of going door to door with an order form, and then having to go back to deliver the cookies!!) scstahl@... wrote: > Decide now how you can help a scout without hurting your diet. Guest guest
You know, I just had a thought! (oh, really??!) Anyway, I just figured that I've probably had my lifetime limit of girl scout cookies! Like a bank account, I've made all my withdrawals and there's no $$ left!! Guest guest
Kathy, Where do you live? Here in Murray, KY we get .40 per box. Rhonda 198/167/145 and the local troop gets a quarter.
Guest guest
The amount made from these sales certainly seems to fluctuate from council to council! Our Cookie Mom told us that our troop would get *almost* a dollar per box.
