Guest guest
Kris, I too over do things when I feel good and can move but your list is WAAAAAAAy out of my league. I think we all tend to over do and then pay 4 it dearly later. I can have a good day then 3 or 4 bad ones. At the time it feels good being able to do things but the paying 4 it is BAAAD.I'm glad u are able to do these things now, because later it (may) get worse. But, maybe u have found a good RA and they will keep u going. I will keep u and your family in my prayers. Good Luck!!! Fayray >From: " kris " <krishawkins@...> >Reply- > >Subject: [ ] Lost in RA. Guest guest
Hi Kris. You are so very welcome! I'm glad our posts were encouraging and helped you when you needed it. I tend to over-do it too and have to pay for it later, really hard-headed that way! LOL! So, you're not alone! Try to take breaks, TRY to not over-do, and be good to yourself! OK? Guest guest
Hi Kris,.....I haven't been on the board in awhile. It is very frustrating when you are first diagnosed with RA. Just take one day at a time. You take it easy with all that work around the house, your body will feel it later on. We all go in denial, but it gets easier. Do me a favor, stay with the group. You will find out all you need to know about RA. You will go to the rheumy, and you will know exatly what he's talking about. You will also realize this place is more then a group, but a family. When your down, and just need someone to listen, you will sure get it here. My prayers are with you, Tawny PS:Keep us posted
