I wish to report that I have managed to keep to 20-30 carbs for 9

whole days. This is great for me, for the longest I would cheat every

few days and boy did I pay for that, my pants barely fit me anymore.

I'm also down 3 lbs - woo hoo!

I have rewarded myself w/ a Davinci syrup order from coffeeam.com.

They are offering a free 1/2 lb order of Jamaican Blue coffee w/ any

order, here is the link:

http://www.stores.yahoo.com/cjgo/frejamblumou.html

They also have started charging for shipping, be sure to add a note

protesting this in the space provided on the order form. I let them

know I'm going to check out local sources that I've been told about

but never followed up on. It's actually only $2.75/case but it adds

to the cost of each bottle plus it's just the point of it!

That is wonderful!! Congratulations!! That is a great way to reward yourself-I wouldn't have thought of that. That is what I should do for sticking with it-then maybe I will!! I really want to treat myself to a pregnancy massage (my back kills me every night at about the same time, no matter if I exercise or not) and I will keep that as a reward for sticking to it for 2 weeks with NO CHEATS. I am still struggling with sticking to the induction levels, but I have managed to stay LC this week. Right now that is enough for celebration for me!! For 2 days I have had a greater than normal appetite, so I ate and ate and ate, but just a little heavier on the nuts!!!

I had an OB appointment this morning and he said that I look very good, several times. I was thrilled-I am 30+ weeks and haven't gained 20 lbs yet (19 so far)!!!! This weight should come right off when I have this baby. I can truly say that LC has helped me so much. Thanks for the inspiration, Beth!! I know if you can do it so can I !!! I too do really well for 2-3 days and then have a bite of something I shouldn't have.

Four days, that is great. You will find it gets easier as you get

the hang of it...but you have to really want it too. Stay focused on

your goals and how good you feel - BTW, are you feeling better?
