The co-ordinator tells us it is anywhere from one to three weeks after the consultation for therapy to start. And has anyone in the group gotten a consultation earlier than they expected? This was two years ago, and I am not sure how things are working there now. You might want to post your question on the protoninfo group as you would get some input from folks who have more recent experiences to share.
