Guest guest Posted January 1, 2001 Report Share Posted January 1, 2001 Well here it is January 1 of 2001. I did it. Today is my one year anniversary of being on atkins. I started one year ago today. It has been the best year. I have learned so much about myself and I finally have control over food. It no longer controls me. I wish I would have done this years ago. Happy New Year to you all.
