Guest guest Posted July 29, 2009 Report Share Posted July 29, 2009 Top of the morning all - I had a physician stop me in the hall today and ask what we were planning to do about the swine flu epidemic in the café. Specifically she asked about the salad bar and what we were planning to do to make it safe against the spread of germs. I replied that we have the sneeze guards in place as usual. Apparently that is not enough for she then stated that she planned to not eat at the salad bar during high incidence periods of flu. Has anyone else heard of precautions that we need to implement?
