How can they tell the thickness of your lining at LH surge with US if there is scar tissue? 2. What the ***** is a resectoscope????????? I think I heard that Isaacson uses one> Thanks! Otherwise, the US scans around your entire uterus and finds areas of endomet.(I think they are hard to read but the nurses/techs. have no problem). In my case they would look and look until they found the thickest measurement--sometimes having to approach at many different angles. 2) I believe the scope is a camera/cutting device that they use during the surgery.y tell the thickness of your lining at LH surge with>US if there is scar tissue? > >2.
