Guest guest Posted June 29, 2007 Report Share Posted June 29, 2007 Hi everyone I am grateful to have found this group after doing a web search on intuitive eating. Several weeks ago I attended a weekend workshop with Geneen Roth on breaking free from emotional eating and I resonated with her non-diet approach. I am also working with a nutritional counselor who is also big on developing my intuition about food. It has been about a week since I have binged or eaten mindlessly...What I notice though is that I am still eating more than I probably need to at each sitting...but I have yet to get a handle on exactly when I am satisfied.
