Guest guest
The needles used to be much bigger and longer than they are now. Can you believe it? I don't think the ones they use now hurt. I inject into my stomach. Where do you inject? Guest guest
--- I've only had to injections so far, and they have been on the upper leg, about the thigh. Guest guest
I inject Enbrel into my upper thigh - sometimes I have superficial bruising at the injection site - usually goes away in a few days. I looked at my syringe today before injecting, there is no way I could substitute another needle - mine is pre-fab. The needles that come with the syringe are new, should not be dull. Guest guest
We do it a few inches left or right of my belly button. It's fab, hardly hurts at all. Ice the site first, it makes a big difference. [ ] Re: Enbrel self mix How do you inject in the stomach? > > > Hi also use the Enbrel....25 mg two times a week. Guest guest
I avoid the navel area, and alternate sides. I also have to avoid stretch marks, because as I said before, I had big babies; my third weighed 9 lbs. 7 oz. Then I pinch up a place and inject into that. I think there are fewer nerve endings in the stomach, and that's why diabetics on insulin use the stomach.
