Guest guest Posted January 1, 2001 Report Share Posted January 1, 2001 Well listmates today is day one for me. I can't believe that over the holidays I gained 8 pounds! But that's what you get when you throw caution to the wind and just totally go off program. I won't tempt you with all the things I ate. So today I weighed in at 203 even though I was once in October down to 186. With blunders in each month I certainly have snuck back up that ladder. I'm induction bound today and I exercised and I drank my 100 ounces of water and took my vitamins. So I am definitely in this for the long haul. I too want to be down to a decent size by summer and with the help of all my listmates I am convinced I CAN do this.
