Guest guest
Hi, I just want to make sure that I have the right carb information for boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. On calorie King it says one boiled egg is 15g. On the carb counter list that Harry sent me it says 0.56. Which one is correct. I really couldn't find the amount of carbs for scrambled eggs on Calorie King. According to the carb list that I got from Harry it is 1.34. Please let me know if this is correct and thanks. Guest guest
Eggs don't have any carbohydrates. With scramble eggs that might be a minimal amount of carbs due to the milk you add but doesn't really need to be countered. from down under A Question about eggs > Hi, I just want to make sure that I have the right carb information for > boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. Guest guest
Hi Terri. I would suggest being very careful using calorie king. You are getting the wrong information on the site probably by looking at carb grams for something else on the results page other than what you think you are looking at/up. Recall, eggs and all meats are pretty much free. There is no need to count them as carbs at your meal. You primarily focus on quick acting carbs and totaling them and not totaling green leafy veggies and meats. Those are slow acting carbs and won't have a hard impact on your sugar... only quick acting carbs. For two eggs it is around 1 gram of slow acting carbohydrate/the type that doesn't effect your blood sugar.
