Guest guest
> > 4pm 25 (3-8) Had a very stressful event happen this day > For future reference for anyone doing saliva, if I had something like this occur (if I recall correctly, I think your toddler choked on something?), I would contact Diagnos-Techs & find out how they want you to proceed with testing, because this does not represent your actual cortisol reading. Maybe they'd want to send an entirely new test kit, or maybe just a replacement tube to do the noon saliva on another day, or something. But I'm sure they would understand that a toddler choking was out of your control & would skew the test. Even if it's been a while, I might still inquire. Guest guest
>Hi Valarie, no I wasn't on ANY cortisol for either test. ????????????????? So how come I get jittery when I TAKE the HC? Thanks, Kimmie > >>my highest this month was in the am and my lowest was 4pm now > obviously they're weakened even more and arent' producing any in the > morning and are all over the place. I thought the whole idea of > multidosing throughout the day was to help get them back into a > regular schedule? << > > When you did this test were you on HC? If so it shows NOTHING about your own adrenal function. I have said this to so many people I guess I have to make a stickie on STTM about it. HC lowers your ACTH for the next dose of the day and if oyu do not take that next dose you will run out of cortisol. When on HC testing is a waste as it only shows that you need the HC which we already know it does nto show a thing that your own adrenals are doing. > > -- > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ >
