The reason I ask is my placenta was sent to pathology and I had retained placenta products which caused me to hemorrhage 2 weeks after giving birth....which caused me to have a D & C... which caused me to get Ashermans. Too bad they didn't know something was left in my uterus. I'm just curious to find out what they look for or examine.
