I'm not actually counting the calories, just know that I had to

reduce what I eat now compared to when I first started on the Atkins Diet,

ergo, less calories I'm certain.

Thanks for the list of snacks. I'm going to print it out and keep

it handy. Last night was the first time that I had an "urge" to eat

anything not on the diet. I don't know why, except that I was exceptionally

tired.

I sell on eBay.com (mainly collectible glass) and have had a ton of

packages to pack, weigh, and mail, and just finished packing more and listing

more items. This is a job that is a lot harder than one would think.

There is so much involved in just getting auctions up (cleaning items,

photographing them -- sometimes as many as 30 pictures to get one that

looks right, writing the copy, then doing the actual auction, lots of emails

to answer during and after the auction is over, then the packing, etc.)

Then there are those frustrating buyers who don't pay and you have to

do it all over again for some things.

Now, back to listing items. LOL
