Dear Forum members,

I strongly object the mandatory testing for HIV. It is every persons

responsibilty to be safe and healthy.

I have a query, in our land we see the horoscope before marriage, is there any

law which says that it is the law of the land. Many marriages are broken or not

done due to the horoscopes. Yes, I agree it is customary. How did this become a

custom, one person started it and now everybody follows it.

If we start testing for our own kith and kin, then it is sure to follow. We can

force anyone, coz, it is the fundamental right of an individual.

Moreover, if the mandatory testing is enforced then there might be bogus

certifcates issued, most of us are aware bogus horoscopes created to marry

someone, the same could also be followed. Do we need to do that.

Please lets make it as each ones own responsibilty and stop the spread and not

force someone
