Possibly in the beginning of a thyroid dump where once that is over you can heal. You need to stop ALL thyroid meds for a few days and continue the HC. What is happening now seems to be a gradual " dump " so to speak without heart palps, just hyper, and lack of sleep. As was once also said these too shall pass... Have a great Holiday!
