Guest guest
Hi all, I am happy to announce that I finally have a doctor. My GP diagnosed me in Nov and happily retired in December. There is a terrible doctor shortage here in the Niagara Region and I am very lucky to have found one. Now I have to keep her. I am hoping that she will be liberal and understand my WOE which we all know is still a controversial one. I need to stay her patient (to have my diabetis managed) even if she doesn't accept my views. So, I need suggestions on how to handle this first appointment. My appointment with the Diabetis educator a few months back did not go well, they were totally against my new WOE and would not even listen to my thoughts about it. So I want to approach this appointment differently. The appointment if Tuesday am. Jacky
