Guest guest
Ka, I bake mine at 300 degrees. What temperature are you baking yours? And I bake them for 30 to 40 minutes. I store them covered in the refrigerator, and even if the exterior is crumbly when it comes out of the oven, they soften after a few hours of being covered and refrigerated. In fact, they tend to become " sticky " and stick to your fingers, the plate, whatever. Terry

Guest guest
I also bake mine at 300, but for almost one hour as the center takes a little longer to cook. Thanks for the info. Ka
Guest guest
Ka, I've frozen them successfully. And I store them separated by a piece of wax paper to keep them from sticking together. :)Beth in TX ____________________________________________________________________ Get free email and a permanent address at http://www.netaddress.com/?N=
Guest guest
Atkins Rolls are made with eggs and cottage cheese or cream cheese and get their height by having to beat the egg whites until they are stiff. They are very low carb and can be used as a wrapper for sandwiches or burgers quite nicely. At the bottom of every email is a link to the groups frequently asked for recipes. You should be able to find the recipe there. Kirstie
