Guest guest
Herballife is a company that sells vitamens and other products. They have a low carb program I guess. I just bought the low carb bread mix but I have not made it yet. The products are sold thru distributors. Look in your yellow pages under vitamens for a distributor. Guest guest
I don't care if someone hears the flushing..it's the actual PEEing.. *sigh* we have no office music here... I have run the faucet though so no one could hear the tinkle. gross convo, I know.. I know it's bad..but basically I've held it till lunch when I can go to the shopping center...or if I don't go out, I hold it all day *sigh* does holding it interfere with water retention, or does it matter as long as it's gone eventually? Guest guest
Having people hear me pee embarrasses me too, *especially* since I went on this WOE. When I've had a couple of litres of water to drink I can sit there and go and go and go, and I can imagine people thinking, Wow! Her bladder's as big as a horse's!!! Is she ever gonna stop? Arghhh! Vivia in Indiana >I would be embarrassed, too if someone could here me >peeing. What if you had alittle (or alot) or gas? I'd have >to go work someplace else! You have my sympathies. Guest guest
hehehehe.... Wait until you have to pee so much that it makes the toilet do its automatic flush! ROTFL .... Yes it has happened to me a few times. This morning it happened, and my daughter just happened to come into the bathroom at the same time.... she thought I had left the water running. When she saw me she said "my gosh Mom! You need to see a doctor... I don't think that's fat in your belly ...it's just your bladder!"
