I know how it feels to go for literally months with no loss even while following the plan to the letter. So I know exactly how you feel. Guest guest Posted January 4, 2001 Report Share Posted January 4, 2001 I'm thrilled. For the past 4 days, I have been down 3 pounds. I have been at the same spot for over 3 months and I'm so excited that the scale has finally moved. I'm almost afraid to post. I'm afraid I'll get up in the morning and it will bounce back. But I have stayed on track over the holidays. I did have pizza (less " most " of the crust) one night a week ago. After that is when the scale started Moving. Maybe it was the jump start I needed.
