Henri,

I am thrilled for you. I know how it feels to go for literally months with no loss even while following the plan to the letter. So I know exactly how you feel. I too am usually afraid to post a loss for fear it will sneak back the next day! But we won't allow that to happen. Way to hang in there Henri!

I'm thrilled. For the past 4 days, I have been down 3 pounds. I have been

at the same spot for over 3 months and I'm so excited that the scale has

finally moved. I'm almost afraid to post. I'm afraid I'll get up in the

morning and it will bounce back. But I have stayed on track over the

holidays. I did have pizza (less " most " of the crust) one night a week ago.

After that is when the scale started Moving. Maybe it was the jump start I

needed.

Just wanted to report in.

I'm thrilled.

Henri,

That is wonderful news. Congratulations. It sometimes just takes a little while for the body to give up some of that fat, and it finally has. What great willpower you have to stay on track for so long. Hopefully we will all learn from this and stick with it even though the scales don't move. I know that it is dicouraging when that happens. It makes you want to go "off plan" because it seems nothing is working. Here's to a great new year for all of us!
