My tip to the New List Members is about Motivation.

Just try the Low Carb Plan for a few week and you will start the

ball rolling. Once you start to loose everyone will notice really

soon. The positive comments from friends and family will make you

feel good about yourself.

I usually get at least one positive comment a day. Today I got four.

I work in a local bank where I deal with a lot of people. Gee, it

makes me look forward to going to work. Most important, it helps me

stay on this Low Carb plan.

Good luck to all the new list members.....We can do it together.
