Andi,

Sorry to hear that you are having a problem eating lately. Of course I don't

need to tell you that you need to get your vitamins and minerals by eating a

balanced diet. Boy do I sound like a parent, I don't mean to. LOL

I start off my morning with a half bagel with peanut butter with slices of

banana laid in a neat little row on top. I have my green tea and sit and read

my emails. I take my vitamins and meds and wash it down with a cold glass of

orange juice.

For lunch, I try to have a turkey sandwich on whole grain bread or I will go

to Subway and have a turkey on their good wheat bread. Sometimes I will

cheat, I just can't help it, I have a craving for a Whopper Junior from

Burger King. I try to stay away from the fries, not good for you.

For dinner, my wife and I will usually go, we both don't get home until about

5 PM, and that is usually where I get into trouble. I will try to have a good

salad and depending on the location something low fat. I always have good

intentions but it doesn't always work out that way. Since my UC has been

acting up lately I will have to watch my diet even more. It has been a while

since I have had any problems with the UC, I was getting pretty used to not

worrying about what I was eating, but I will have to get back into the old

routine.

I hope you start getting back to normal eating habits and your health takes a

turn for the better. Take care and God bless.
