Guest guest Posted September 4, 2007 Report Share Posted September 4, 2007 Oh my God I got up Monday with my neck and shoulders kill me.it had been getting harder to move my neck the last fue days but my shoulders and my neck are in so much pain. yesterday and today It is hard to think more less do any thing. I have tryed to put ice on it take a hot shower pain pills and not one thing has helped at all! I have had this in my back before just not hte neck. Ok sorry just had to VENT! I feel better! Like you I have tried pain pills, hot bath, ice, and had my hubby go out and get some cream. He got aspercreme which was one thing I should have told him not to get. Oh well he tried. Maybe the weather is changing or something.
