I don't think that I could do it, so I will stick to my dear Atkins. Thanks... You are a braver woman than I! LOL I couldn't do it for one day... I guess I'll stay with my tried and true Atkins. Since gelatin ispart of the Dr's suggested menus from day one and hedoes not have any restrictions on artificialsweeteners, I *personally* feel that diet jello isfine. Also, he mentions that one can have cheese madefrom skim milk-as far as I know, string cheese would be in there. Dr Stillman also uses a lot of boullion,which is a great 'snack' and full of flavor, it's whatsaves me on this plan.
