I just started thinking about working on my emotions in regard to my

eating. It then dawned on me that I may not have a good understanding

of what emotions really are, and if that is so, working on 'them'

might be a source of more frustation?

Exactly what are 'the' emotions I should be looking for? Are feelings

the same thing or are these more like sensations from my body?
