What do you mean?

I thought the pulse going down was possibly a good sign? It has not been

this low for a week.

Do you think adding in the the extra to 10 mg h/c first dose is the way to

go? I am thinking maybe this is what is bringing the pulse down to normal.

Still have not taken any Armour today and am feeling really confused about

what to do about this side of things.

I just took 2 grains of Armour instead of the usual 3 and just hope the h.c

increase holds and that the palps do not return. They do my head in because of

affecting my sleep so badly and then it is all downhill after that.........

My brain is like mush, my home is a pigsty etc.

My temps. and pulse so far today are:

temp 1: 97.5, pulse 80

temp 2: 96.8, pulse 80

I am have been taking the 3 grains in two split doses, just today I took the

one dose of 2 grain.

I was really unsure about whether to take any Armour or not and then had a

little panic and decided to take the 2 grains.

Does not appear to be causing any problem so far. Pulse still 80, today's

average temp 97.5.

Yes I will do that. The bad news is the my pulse is starting to rise again,

three hours after my lasy h.c dose for the day, pulse now 93, not looking

good.

your low temps indicate you really need the Armour, but why not split the dose
