Within it is a paragraph about dealing with the hunger pangs. It hit totally on somthing I think I hadn't really realized. I am actually AFRAID of those hunger pangs and my stomach growling!!!!! I treat hunger as something that's wrong and needs to be fixed...and in a HURRY. How do I stop doing this??? The minute I feel the first sign of hunger, I'm feeling as if I need to plan my meal and eat it quick to cure this hunger. It's so weird....
