Guest guest
I just finished reading " The Omnivore's Dilemma " and I have to recommend it to everyone who eats. It's not a diet book. It's not an intuitive eating book. It's not even a health book. Instead, it's a personal, yet unbiased, look at where our food comes from and the implications of what our choices mean in terms of not only health, but environment and even oil-dependency. However, it's not an environmental whacko approach. The author shops at grocery stores and eats fast food. He's just taken a look at what it takes to get food from the field to our stomachs. I seriously had a hard time putting it down.
