Quiet Sigh

I did it! I recognized the quiet sigh this morning. I had made eggs, bacon & fried potatoes for hubby before a big day he has (it's tradition), and sat down to enjoy some myself for breakfast. After a few bites of potato, just one of the two eggs, and no bacon, I felt the sigh. Best thing is, I recognized it and honored it. The plate got covered in plastic wrap and tucked back into the fridge. I enjoyed my sugar free skim milk latte that I make myself, read my paper, and am starting my day feeling energized, and not dragged down by all the food I ate. I enjoyed what I had, but don't feel stuffed.Yeah! Go me!Mariliz
