NGO management - intermediary NGO system

I am writing a small report (not funded) on the advantages and disadvantages of

the intermediary NGO systems. How the chain can benefit the grassroot NGOs and

what are the problems faced by NGOs

So I request you to share with me. ( I will acknowledge every on who

contributes, you can contribute as individual or org.)

1. Various approaches - NGOs managed. One NGO is the partner and it has some

partners Working through networks (formal/informal)

2. What are the Advantages - from NGOs Perspective? Intermediary NGO’s

perspective?

3. Internal democracy and participation in the decision making

4. Sharing of credentials

The forum is pretty open, can add any innovative approaches

This topic is very strategic, as more and more donor are prefer this system
