We joke about how she snacks all the time--she has tons of snacks in her desk, mostly healthy ones though: crackers, granola. She nibbles on hummus and yogurt and mozzarella cheese with tomatoes. We make jokes about how she never seems to stop eating. When someone mentioned that they were going on South Beach yesterday, I laughed and said " I'm going to start eating like Cheryl " Cheryl smiled, and said " The key is to really eat what you enjoy. " She's a natural intuitive eater! She said she rarely eats much at night because she just isn't hungry at that time of day. I'm going to pay closer attention--she is my new inspiration.
