It seems everyone likes music here....likes to sing..hypoT? I used to have

a very good singing voice but it has gone away through the years.Hopefully

it

will come back.My voice has gotten to be hoarse also.

Oh good, I am glad to hear it! It is not just the Irish then who like a good

warble, lol

I've seen my Irish dentist doing a bit of warbling as she strides through

town so I was beginning to wonder.......

I would not worry about the quality of your voice (though I appreciate

it is not nice go do down a notch so to speak). Just let rip and express

yourself is what I feel is good advice. And with a hoarser voice you may be

well

placed to certain certain songs? try a few Rod numbers for instance?

I am convinced of the fifth chakra connection to hypoT and part and parcel

of a health fifth chakra has to be expressing oneself with the voice so you go

girl! you go!!!!

I want to be able to hear you over here in England, rasping away, lol

Mo

ps growing up in Catholic Ireland we had Lent as a Big Deal every Spring and

the everyone was expected to give something up for the period of Lent (about

8 weeks if I remember correctly).

Adults would give up the fags, the beer etc. whatever it was that was an

indulgence for them and the kids would usually give up sweets etc.

I used to give up singing because that was the very hardest thing for me to

do, the greatest sacrifice. I never lasted the 8 weeks, the warbles would just

come and be out of my mouth before I realised it... lol. Tra la

I grew up Catholic, I know all about Lent. I was in choir and chorus

So the red hair is inherited from the Celts Amy?

Gave up men this year for Lent?

When my voice goes hoarse, my hubby says I've got my 1-900 voice going on. For

those of you who probably aren't in the know about 1-900 numbers, they are the

ones advertised on TV late at night to talk to scantily clad women about topics

not usually discussed in mixed company if you know what I mean!
