Guest guest
Hi Josie vent away. God knows I do at times. My daughter called me to say her car died and wanted to use mine for class tomorrow. She didn't want to drive Grandma's car because it's a stationwagon and she's not used to driving a car that big so I agreed to take it so she could use mine. I told her that old car isn't worth another dime. I just spent over 400.00 having it fixed and that was less than 3 months ago. I told her to talk to Grandma because she said she would give her the money for a better car. The girl's Grandma is one hell of a super lady and I was blessed enough to have her in my life. But I told her you will pay her back because her son's over the years have borrowed thousands of dollars and never paid her back. I know she is never in a hurt for money but it upsets me when her son's use her like that. On a few occasions she has loaned me money not much but she always knew I would repay my loans. I told my daughter I can't help you money wise with a car right now and it's not that she was asking. But I can't see putting anymore money into that car. She is a full time student in college and I was lucky enough this year not to have to pay any tuition. She got several grants and a book scholarship so that made it easy on me. She made Dean's list last quater and I really don't want her trying to go to school full time and trying to hold down a full time job as well. I never got the chance to go to college and I will do whatever I can to see that my two have that chance. Oh well I guess I have bored you by now. Hang in there. Guest guest
Good Morning to you all, May the sun shine on you today and make you feel all warm and snug inside, and help take away your pain. May you find something to laugh about today and make others wonder what it is. May You allow our great Lord to work through you today to touch the heart of someone else. God Bless you all and thanks for allowing me to call you friends. Josie
