Hi all. This is again. Just went to my pain doctor today. He

diagnosed me with restless leg syndrome. He prescibed Requip. I hope

it works. I don't get much sleep because my legs jitter all the time.

If anyone has this I would appreciate any feedback on how they are

dealing with it. I have read some books on Fibromyalgia and Chronic

Fatigue Syndrome, and it seems RLS is an off shoot from the fibro.

Hope all are doing well.

Peace,

Chris

Lynn,

I heard of a doctor using a simple organic plain bar of soap.

Put in your bed at night by your legs and sleep with it every

night and my mother in law swears by this ?

I also heard that Arnica Montana 30x helps with Restless Leg

as well . Take it just before bedtime.

Magnesium glycinate stopped it for me, 400 mg. at dinner and 400 mg.

at bedtime for 3 months, then only had to take it at bedtime. Still

take it many years later. Be sure to take twice as much calcium as

you do magnesium. No more restless leg syndrome, but it took about

5-6 weeks to really show the effects. Stopped it for my sister

also. My naturopath told me that every natural healer knows that

restless leg syndrome is a shortage of magnesium.
