Guest guest
I think most people facing illness and a search for an appropriate and successful treatment need a 'nightmare' person in their lives to be their advocate. The range of treatments currently available and the availability and relative expertise of each in different places is mind blowing. Difficult enough to sift through it all when one is in need and confused. My husband jokes that I should qualify for a reduced medical training should I wish to study. I'd be happy just to fight someone's corner. I reckon I am stronger and more of a nightmare than most and it terrifies me to think of others lost in a sea of hazy advice and 'wait and see' attitudes. Again, thank goodness for here as a place to learn, share and discuss pros and cons. Fab news about your betas - I'm following closely, take care judith
