Sounds like you have more of other problems than ashermans!! I'm glad your surgery went well. I was thinking the same as about the septum being a cause of your baby's death. Also, you had bad pain and wonder if the endometriosis was what was causing this pain. You also wrote: "I've never had painful periods". Maybe you only recently got endometriosis?

Maybe your ashermans was mild instead of moderate as you have on your profile and that is why your doctor does not think estrogen will help?? Not sure, but my guess. Some doctors will even give you the estrogen as a precaution against developing adhesions again, maybe yours was that mild that again he didn't consider it a necessity. I know that using an IUD is not a necessity. Some doctors don't even believe in it as it may cause infection.

I don't see on your profile if you have any periods before this surgery for AS. I take it you didn't?
