Ah poor fingers- I test 4 to 8 times a day and have been T1 insulin dependent

for many years. I find what works best for me is to use one finger until it

gets ender and than move on to the next finger. I do not use my thumbs, no

reason, just me. by the time I get back to the first finger it is just fine. I

really can not complain too much about sore fingers.

I now use the One Touch Ultra and part of the reason I went to it was that it

took such a small amount of blood and so I do not need to " squeeze " my finger

much at all.

Just part of being D.

Hello whitestarx@...,

In reference to your comment:

ð though saying that my levels are too high

Darren,

Try posting the results, and what you eat..

test upon awakening (before getting out of bed)

then 2 hrs after each meal

We can give you some feedback on this. :)
