Unless someone goes through multiple deaths of loved one they do not know the extreme toll it can take on a person. My grief ended up presenting it itself in physical problems. I just realized my heath problems started in learning that my next to the oldest sister had breast cancer. I had already lost my oldest sister in a car accident so fearing that I was losing the next in ine evidently took more of a toll on me than I thought at first. Don't forget to take sometime to be alone. It is important to try and sort out what you are feeling. I went through a grief recovery class twice and one thing they recommended was journaling. It might help you to write the things that are going through your head and help the fog in it to lift a little bit.
