Emma – and any one else with blood sugar problems. I

would really love some advice on what problems you have and how you stabilise

blood sugar drops as I am currently suffering from Exercise hypoglycaemia .

I eat glucose enriched jelly beans when I can feel an attack coming

on but I would rather try another approach than eating jelly beans every day

Any advice would be great

Hey ,

I am currently following the South Beach diet in conjunction

with IE, with the advice of my doctor, since I am on restricted grains....I

have to eat protein with every meal to stabilize my sugar levels. It is

possible to combine several different ways of eating.

Good luck!

Hi my name is . I have been doing this program for 3

weeks. I went to the book store to pick up the South Beach Diet. Instead I

picked up the intuitive eating book. Thank God. It is hard because I do see

people at work losing weight on this diet. I know that it is only temporary.

This program is hard for me because I am not at a comfortable weight. I did a

similiar program years ago. Eventually I did start losing weight. Of course it wasn't

fast enough so I went on weight watchers got down to my goal weight. Then put

it all back on plus some. I have been on a diet since I was 13. I didn't

even have a weight problem at the time. That led to binging and then I

eventually did. I know that I am not heavy but I have a terrible body image. At

the gym I just look at my flaws. I try not too but it is so hard. I

really need a lot of support. It is hard to follow this program when my clothes

are tight.
