Dear forum,

Four year back Brijesh Dubey president of RNP+ met with our late great leader

Mr Ashok former president of INP+ and formed first network in rajasthan with

kind support from INP+ and later brijesh formed and help in formationof other

state level network in haryana chadigarh UP ,Utaranchal etc.. He is being

awarded for his out standing work in prevention and care and support from

Rajasthan Govt

India GOVT decided to provided ART only in 6 state. Brijesh raise this issue not

only infront of NACO DG and UNION Health Secratary MR Prasad Rao but also later

he raise this issue in Bangkok AIDS Conference.

After he took 50 PLWHAs from rajasthan (20th nov 04) and walked up to Delhi for

ART then india GOVt decided to give ARTin other state too, but even today also

many state are not getting ART due to

low prevelance of Northern India, where infection rate is actually growing where

as in South it is static now

But most of funding are still going in so called high prevelance state. What the

govt & funding agencies want?.

My question is, are (people in) low prevelance area are not important ?

Illitracy ,Powerty , Migration are much more in nothern state yet no attention.

We have decided to file PIL agaisnt this decision in SUPREME COART

and we are on the process there fore get up from slumber and Samadhi

Get ready to do or die for our people .

BRIJESH Dubey

president RNP+
