If you had fibroids and he knew that you did, why did he perform a D & C which is done blindly? How did he know where to scrape? Or another question that comes to my mind is that you said "as a pathologist I have never seen specimens resulting from myomectomys measuring that small (1-2cm)." Does this not go to show that he may not have wanted to remove them but that by scrapping too hard he got down too deep into the muscular wall and got them out accidentally?
