Guest guest
Oh I dunno ... another stroke might lengthen his fuse! (huge grin) Or not! All I know is I'd like exercise if I could power my machine with it. And I'm not saying that I can afford not to exercise so don't get on your soapboxes. But no matter what exercise fanatics may say, it never *did* make me feel better! Guest guest
No, that was just one stroke and three heart attacks and two heart bypass surgeries. The first heart bypass was a total of eight and the second heart bypass surgery was two of them. I highly recommend you avoid all or any of them if you can. Guest guest
I agree. I lifted weights and did cardio for 4 years. My arms were nearly 17 inches, neck huge, chest good sized, and hated every minute of it! I'll never do it again.... just the occasional cardio! grin Regards, I'm back and latest lab results > > > > > > > > > > Hi All. > > > > > > > > My day job has slowed down ever so slightly so wanted to pop back on > > > list > > > > and say hi! Guest guest
oh no, just a computer programmer who loves to help folks is all. I said that tongue and cheek that Harry was my first patient *grin*. Me and Harry posted all of our daily results to list showing his sugar come under control rather quickly by carb counting and getting him on humalog and lantus. Harry was our first live experiment carb counting and gained the interest of most list members since they seen the results posted here daily. It was awesome! Now Harry helps as many as he can in his own way *chuckle* Regards, I'm back and latest lab results > > > > Hi All. > > > > My day job has slowed down ever so slightly so wanted to pop back on > list > > and say hi! Guest guest
Actually I went from an A1C of 9.2 to an A1C reading of 5.1 in seven months with 's help and guidance.
