Guest guest
ARTY DONT FREAK OUT ... WE ALL EXPIERIENCE (SP?) NEW ACHS AND PAINS AT ONE TIME OR ANOTHER .. THIS YEAR I HAVE FOUND SO MANY NEW ONES I CANT BELIEVE HOW MANY NEW ONES KEEP SHOWING UP ... I USE TO FREAK OUT TOO ... I FEEL IT IS ALL PART OF THE PROCESS ... YOUR NOT ALONE .. ROMIE for 2 days now my legs have an all-new pain... it feels like the veins are clogging right below my hips & into the fronts of my thighs. I am panicking, making things much worse I'm sure. Tomorrow I am supposed to start the fast for the colonoscopy Tuesday. Maybe this is making me extra aware of every pain I have? I don't know. I am willing to accept that, but I am still in amazing pain. My low back, around to my hips & pelvis - down to my thighs all HURT SO BAD!!!! I keep crying every few minutes when my mind isn't completely occupied. SO MUCH PAIN! It feels as if someone has been standing directly on my hip bones and I have been keeping them balanced there for days. The pressure of their weight & shoes are making my legs weak with pain and have stopped the blood flow to my legs. Does anyone feel this too? I need to take a census. I am neurontin, but it's not doing the trick. tylenol is all I can take before the colonscopy. No advil apparently. Not that that was helping either. Somebody help me? Am I dying of blood clots? I am freaking out. All this - the diagnoses, the pain, the new meds I don't want to take, the colonoscopy, the hysterectmoy (coming soon) ... I just can't take it! Love to all, Carol (Arty)

Guest guest
Hi Arty, If it helps at all I also feel as if everytime you start to get used to some new problem or pain something else is right around the corner waiting for you. I have also had both a colonoscopy and a hysterectomy since April of this year. I found those much easier to deal with that this illness. I do not have the hip pain that you have but a constant pain in my lower right hip for the past 3 years that sometimes makes me double over. Good luck to you with everything that is going on with you and your test on Tuesday. Take Care, Cheryl
